About the Supply Chain & Operations Traineeship
As a Supply Chain & Operations trainee, you’ll work alongside teams to continuously improve organizational, technological, and analytical processes, ensuring the right products are delivered to the right places at the right times—and at the right costs.
This three-year program offers you the opportunity to fully develop your leadership and technical skills through diverse jobs. You might step into roles such as Team Leader in the packaging department, Demand Planner at our headquarters, or Manager Planning at one of our production sites.
Eligibility Criteria
Our ideal candidates meet the following criteria:
- At least a completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management, Technology, or Supply Chain Management)
- Fresh graduate with preferably less than two years of working experience
- Fluent in English
- Global mindset, strong team player with analytical, social, leadership, and result-driven skills
- Interest in diverse disciplines within Supply Chain/Operations, including Quality Assurance (QA), Operations, Maintenance, and Planning & Delivery
- Ambition to build a career in a production-focused environment
